services at any time.
Customers are advised and are responsible for reading the Terms & Conditions section.
CarPhoneKits.com does not make any warranty that the web site is free from infection by
viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties.
Products may differ slightly from the images shown.
CarPhoneKits.com assumes no responsibility for the contents of any other web sites to which
the CarPhoneKits.com web site has links and shall not be held responsible or liable for any
loss or damages caused or alleged to have been caused by use of or reliance on any content,

Orders
CarPhoneKits.com are entitled to refuse any order placed by you.
If your order is accepted, CarPhoneKits.com will send you an e-mail confirming acceptance
of your order.
Orders are subject to availability. Where you order multiple products and not all are in
stock, CarPhoneKits.com may send you the products which are available, and will send the remainder
of your order as soon as stock comes in.
You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of booking, ordering or
purchasing are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there
are sufficient funds to cover the cost of products.
If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform
CarPhoneKits.com as soon as possible.
Please be aware that CarPhoneKits.com reserves the right to refuse bulk orders if we believe
that the goods are being sold on for retail purposes.
Price
All prices quoted on the consumer web site are inclusive of VAT. However, where a VAT price
is applicable, you will be notified.
CarPhoneKits.com reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice.
Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions via CarPhoneKits.com or its partners are
only valid for the period whilst the sale/promotion is in progress and cannot be backdated
or added any time outside of the offer.
CarPhoneKits.com reserves the right to lower/increase the price of any item on our sites
at our discretion.
Payment
All payments are to be made to CarPhoneKits.com. Payments are accepted on most major credit
or debit cards via our secure server. All orders are positively credit card sanctioned prior
to dispatch.
Cheques can also be accepted however please note that this will slow down our supply of
goods to you as we need to have the cheque cleared prior to the release of the goods. We cannot
accept responsibility if any details you provide us with are incorrect or if any order is held
up as a result of incorrect details.
The customer is not entitled to withhold payment or to refuse payment on the grounds of
counterclaims, which are disputed by the company.
When payment is not received within the terms and conditions stated, CarPhoneKits.com reserve
the right to suspend trading on the account.
All orders remain the property of CarPhoneKits.com until payment has been received in full.
Delivery Charges
Quoted delivery times are specific to products and locations and apply to working days only.
CarPhoneKits.com are not liable for duty or seizure costs incurred during international
delivery.
A signature may be required upon delivery.
Damages to or loss of the goods are not the responsibility of CarPhoneKits.com.
Postal delivery within the UK will be charged a small post and packaging fee of £4.50
per order. The delivery of the goods will normally takes place within two working days, but
as this is not within our control, we cannot guarantee it. There may be a charge for delivery
where you choose delivery by courier. Where delivery is to an address outside the UK, our Customer
Service department will notify you of the delivery charge which will apply to your order.
CarPhoneKits.com are not responsible for return delivery charges.
Once the goods have been delivered to you, you will hold them at your own risk and will
be liable for their loss or destruction. We will not be liable for the loss or destruction
of the goods once they have been delivered to you.
We will not be held responsible for any failure to deliver goods ordered by you or any delay
in delivering goods ordered by you or any damage to goods ordered by you, the cause of which
is any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
Damage in Transit
No claim for damage in transit, shortage of delivery or loss of goods will be entertained unless
notification is received in writing within 3 days of receipt of goods. Where goods are accepted
from the carrier without being checked, the delivery book of the carrier must be signed 'UNCHECKED'.
Product Installations
Customers purchasing an installation kit from the site are responsible for contacting the CarPhoneKits.com
approved installer shown on the delivery note, who will agree a convenient time and place to
install the product. The installer may be unable to complete the job if the products are incompatible
with your vehicle or if your vehicle has been modified in any way.
The installer and Carphone kits.com reserve the right to refuse the installation if:
- the vehicle make, model or year is not the same as shown on the order
- the vehicle has been modified in any way whatsoever.
Carphonekits.com reserve the right to charge extra in the following events:
- it is necessary for the installer to revisit because the vehicle make model or year is
not the same as shown on the order.
- the customer changes their mind about the mounting method or type of kit.
- the installation is not 'standard' because an aftermarket amplifier has been previously installed.
Warranties and Liabilities
The company shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and
tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow Company's instruction
(whether oral or in writing), misuse, alteration or repair of the goods without the company's
approval.
The company shall not be liable for any warranty period if the goods have not been paid
for in full by the due date.
Warranties do not extend to parts, materials or equipment not supplied by the company, in
respect of which the customer shall only be entitled to the benefits of any such warranty or
guarantee offered by the manufacturer to the company.
Liability is limited to replacement of goods, shown to be faulty. The company shall not
under any circumstances be liable for consequential loss, loss of profits, or any damage suffered
by the customer in respect of goods supplied.
No goods will be replaced or credited until the faulty goods have been received by CarPhoneKits.com.
Limits of Contract
No alterations to, addition to or qualification of these Terms and Conditions shall be binding
upon the company unless expressly accepted in writing by the company.
The failure by the company at any time or for any period to enforce any one or more of these
Terms and Conditions shall not be a wavier of them or a wavier of the right to enforce such
Terms and Conditions on a future occasion.

We will have no liability to you if you sell on any products provided to you by us, including
without limitation, any liability to third parties for defective products.
In the event that any clause in this contract is deemed to be unenforceable, the enforceability
of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
This Terms and Conditions section applies only to the extent permitted by law.
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and you
will submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Technologies' a Limited company registered in England and Wales. "You" refers to
the customer or user of the web site.
