Purchasing a product from CarPhoneKits.com is a very simple process.
There are a number of ways of buying from us.
-online by credit card
-fax your order to us
-phone us
-post your order to us
-visit an approved retail stockist
-visit us yourself
but first you need to find what you're looking for.
You can either do this via the quick search or the product category search. Either way, you should end up with a product that is suitable for your Car or for your Phone. Whilst shopping, keep track of what you want to buy, using your 'Basket'.
- Once you have found what you want, enter the quantity your require and click on 'add to basket'
- When you add products to your basket, you'll have two choices: 'continue shopping', or 'checkout'. Just click the button of your choice.
- When you've done your shopping, please review your 'basket' and check that everything is correct and then proceed to either 'checkout' or 'PrintNFax'.
- At 'checkout', you enter the details of where your order should be sent i.e. 'delivery address' and what shipping method you would like to use to get it there. If your delivery address is the same as your billing address, simply check the appropriate box.
- On the 'PrintNFax' page, please check to see that all your purchase are correct and fill in your details required. Print and fax your order to us.
- You also need to provide a 'billing address' and select one of four credit-card payment options: Visa, MasterCard, Solo and American Express, and enter the matching billing address.
Please note that if the delivery address is different from the billing address, we will conduct various security checks before releasing your order. - Before you finalise your order, you can review your delivery and billing information, as well as your order details. You can change your delivery information by clicking on 'edit delivery info.' If you need to update your billing or contact information, 'edit billing info.'
- At this stage, you should decide how you want to order.
By fax - Print the order form and fax it to us on 017307 10352
By phone - Print the order and phone it through to us on 017307 10351
By post - Print the order and send it to us along with your cheque (please allow upto 10 days for your cheque to clear).
For online ordering, proceed as below - Once you've confirmed your information, click the 'submit order' button once.
- CarPhoneKits.com lets you know when we have successfully received your order by quickly producing a receipt that details your purchase. You'll receive an order confirmation via e-mail. Or, check your order status at any time by clicking on the 'track order' button from the home page.
After You Submit Your Order
- We'll confirm your order via e-mail and notify you of shipment via e-mail as your packages leave our warehouse.
- Only then will we charge your credit card
- We'll alert you before processing your order if there is any change in price or status.
