Carphonekits.com is part of a company called In Car Technologies Ltd based in Exeter
in Devon, United Kingdom. We have been involved in mobile phone Handsfree kits and
related products for over 8 years. Our mission is to provide a great range of products
and service for all users of mobile devices in cars and vehicles.
Orders
With the exception of some car brackets and phone holders, orders received before
3pm are normally despatched the same day subject to stock availability. Some special
brackets and phone holders are not held in stock and are subject to a 7 day delivery
time.
Post Packing & Delivery Charges
Our minimum post & packing charge is £2.50 . All orders will either be sent by Royal
Mail Recorded delivery or by courier.

Returns
If you are not entirely happy with the product you have bought from us we will replace
it or refund it providing it is returned within 7 days of purchase
To return an item for replacement or refund please pack up securely and return the
item along with a copy of your original invoice and a reason for its return.
If you return your unwanted purchase within 7 days of delivery then we will refund
you the price paid for the goods. You will need to pay for return postage cost;
therefore we recommend using a recorded posting service that provides proof of delivery
and has compensation insurance for lost or damaged goods as returns are not our
responsibility until they arrive back to us.
If you return a product to us that is not received in a new condition we reserve
the right to return the product to you, or charge you a re-packing fee.
Faulty Goods – with 14 days
If you are not entirely happy with the product you have bought from us we will replace
it or refund it providing it is returned within 7 days of purchase. If you believe
that the goods you have bought are faulty you have 14 days to return them to us.
Outside of this 14 days goods cannot be returned to us unless they are covered by
a manufacturers warranty. Repairs and replacements will be subject to the manufacturers
own policy.
